Precision CNC Turning & Swiss Type Machining

Custom CNC Turning Services Precision Shafts & Complex Rotational Parts

precision CNC machined stainless steel component
High Quality CNC turning parts combination for industrial application

CNC turning is a subtractive manufacturing process where a cutting tool removes material from a rotating workpiece to create cylindrical parts. At Borway Precision, Our CNC turning services include standard CNC lathes, composite turning machines and Swiss-type machining for high precision turned components. We support diameters ranging from micro shafts to medium-sized parts, delivering consistent accuracy and stable surface finish—all from our Shenzhen-based factory.

We are experienced in machining aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and copper turned parts.

Maily Features:

  • Diameter capability from small precision shafts to 80mm
  • Tight tolerance up to ±0.005mm
  • Suitable for short parts and precision components
  • Stable mass production capacity
  • Secondary operations available

Mainly Industials:

Our CNC turned parts are used in automotive fittings, medical components, industrial connectors, fasteners, shafts and customized precision hardware.

How It Works:

A bar of material (metal or plastic) is held and rotated by a spindle at high speeds. A stationary cutting tool follows programmed paths to shape the material to exact specifications. The machine is controlled by G-Code generated from your 3D CAD model through CAM software, dictating spindle speed, tool movement, feed rate, and depth of cut.

Key Differentiators:

Unlike milling where the tool rotates and the workpiece moves, turning excels at creating parts with rotational symmetry—shafts, bushings, connectors, and threaded components. The process ensures exceptional roundness and concentricity, critical for parts that must fit or seal precisely.
